PG CWWN Steering Group: Call for new members

The Postgraduate Contemporary Women's Writing Network are excited to announce an exciting career development opportunity for PhD researchers in contemporary women’s writing. We are currently looking for new members to join the Steering Group as of April 2013. We invite applications from enthusiastic doctoral researchers who are committed to developing an established and productive network in its support of contemporary women's writing and scholarly research in the subject.

As a postgraduate-led network, the Steering Group is a dynamic and rotating team comprising of postgraduate researchers in both the early and latter stages of their doctoral study from institutions across the UK. It seeks to bring together a community of emerging scholars researching contemporary women’s writing (that is, writing by women from the 1970s to the present day). Activities include the organising of events (such as the biennial conference and interim activities); contributing and editing the network website; maintaining the online mailing list and social media presence, as well as developing funding plans for the network’s sustainability.
