Hiring an Academic Writing Research assistant

The University Graduate School are looking to hire a postgraduate researcher on a part time basis to work as an academic writing research assistant.
 
Details
The University Graduate School is undertaking a research project to map the scale and approaches to Academic Writing support across the University. This will focus on writing support for postgraduate researchers, with a view to creating a single web resource bringing together all available options.
 
Job summary
The central role of the Research Assistant is to support the Postgraduate Researcher Development Officer in mapping  and scoping support available in Schools and Colleges as well as central teams across the University of Birmingham, and in comparable Higher Education Institutions such as the Russell Group and the Universitas 21 group.  
 
Deadline: 27/02/2012
Hourly rate: £13, up to 5 hours perweek.
